By accessing, browsing, viewing, uploading, submitting, interacting with, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Adults Only

4. User Warranties for Uploaded Content
By uploading content, the User represents and warrants that:

- all participants provided informed consent;
- the User owns or controls all required rights;
- the content does not violate applicable laws;
- the content is not non-consensual.
5. AI-Generated and Synthetic Content Policy
AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be permitted provided that such content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Users may not upload content that:
- depicts real individuals without authorization;
- impersonates celebrities or public figures;
- contains non-consensual synthetic depictions;
- depicts minors or age-ambiguous persons;
- violates intellectual property rights.
6. Prohibited Content
- child exploitation material;
- non-consensual pornography;
- revenge pornography;
- illegal deepfake content;
- malware or malicious code;
- extreme violence;
- copyright infringement.
7. Platform Moderation Rights
The Operator may, at its sole discretion and without notice:
- remove content;
- reject uploads;
- demonetize content;
- suspend accounts;
- report illegal activity to authorities.
8. No Obligation to Monitor
The Operator may review uploads but is under no obligation to proactively monitor all content or interactions.
9. License Granted to the Operator
By uploading content, the User grants the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, archive, moderate, and promote uploaded content.
10. Intellectual Property Restrictions
No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, scraped, indexed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

11. Anti-Scraping and AI Training Restrictions
- scraping Platform content;
- creating datasets;
- AI model training;
- automated extraction;
- mirroring Platform content.
13. DMCA and Copyright Complaints
Copyright owners may submit takedown notices containing:
- identification of copyrighted work;
- URL of infringing material;
- contact information;
- good-faith statement;
- accuracy declaration.

15. Data Collection and Logging
The Platform may collect:
- IP addresses;

18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
The Operator disclaims all warranties including availability, legality of uploads, uninterrupted operation, and authenticity of materials.
19. Limitation of Liability
Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the selected jurisdiction.
The English-language version prevails over translations.
